A few trends bridging both fashion and interior design worlds have caught our eye, and have become part of 2016’s inspiration. Check them out:
1. Marled Knits
Chunky, cozy knits have always been one of our year-round favorites, but a marled color-way just makes them that much more fashion forward. From marled pillows and upholstery for the home, to eco knit wraps for the wardrobe, the design element offers comfort, versatility, and style in one.
2. Silver linings
While the tinsel may have made its way back into the closet until the next holiday season, metallics still continue to shine in spring and summer fashion and décor. A glint of gold, a shimmer of silver, or a brushstroke of bronze–add a subtle glamour to any piece.
3. New materials
With each new year comes more creativity and innovation, preparing us to take on what the future may behold. 4. Gingham and large plaids
