Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days, with the exception of Personalized items, which are knit in 3-5 weeks.
Since we are shipping from the NY area, please allow 2-5 business days in the USA for UPS shipments. International shipments will vary.

Yes, we offer free domestic UPS ground shipping for direct to customer orders over $100 (free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders).
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

Please note: Free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region. Duties, taxes, and import fees may be applied by your local customs office or the shipping carrier upon delivery. These charges are not collected by In2Green, and we do not have visibility into what they may be ahead of time. We recommend checking with your local customs authority or carrier for more information on potential import costs specific to your country.
We cannot issue refunds due to unpaid customs duties.
There's a few things you can do if your package is missing.
1. Check the tracking to see the status.
2. Look around the outside of the house or apartment building mailroom.
3. Ask a neighbor.
4. Check the order confirmation email to see that the shipping address was correct.
5. Wait a few days and check back on the tracking, it may have been marked delivered a bit early.
6. File a claim with the carrier, you can usually do this from the tracking link.

Within 14 days after your order's delivery.
We are happy to exchange any items that are unused and unwashed and are not on sale, custom/personalized or discounted.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will ship the new item for free.
If the exchanged item has a different cost than the original item, we will either refund or charge the difference.

For returns of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise we will issue a refund of the purchase value less the return shipping fees with the exception of sale, custom/personalized and discounted items which cannot be returned.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A shipping label will be emailed to you and the cost will be deducted from any potential refund.
If you requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Our standard throw blankets are made with a recycled cotton and recycled polyester yarn blend. Knitwear is made of the same material.
Poly throws are 100% recycled polyester and can be used outdoors.
Personalized items are special because the name or monogram you choose will be directly knit into the blanket. For that reason the blankets are knit to order.
Your blanket will be finished in 3-5 weeks and we will ship them as soon as possible. Once it has been knit, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Our Indoor | Outdoor Collection features 100% recycled polyester blankets and pillows. They are sun-resistant and quick-dry. Perfect for use either outdoors or indoors.

We use cotton that is recycled from excess t-shirt clippings that are left behind during manufacturing.
Our polyester yarn is made with recycled plastic bottles. Up to 78 bottles are recycled for each poly throw.
- Machine Wash Cold & Tumble Dry Low
- Do not dry clean, iron, or press.
- Do not wash with towels or sheets.
- Remove pillow inserts before washing.
- Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed.
- Do not use fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
- Promptly remove items from the dryer.
- Handle knit items gently when removing from machines to prevent overstretching.
- Avoid contact with lit cigarettes, cigars, hot irons, or heated styling tools, which may damage the fabric.
